The process

The UX/UI process for developing Criterius, a dual-platform solution with a mobile app for users and a web platform for companies, follows a structured approach to ensure a user-centered and efficient experience.

Through careful information architecture and flow design, we create a seamless navigation structure, followed by interactive prototypes to validate functionality and interactions. Research & Discovery

Understand user and company needs, identify problems to solve, and define the market. This includes user research through interviews, market analysis to identify trends, and competitive benchmarking to understand industry standards and opportunities for differentiation.

Persona & Journey Mapping

Create user personas for both mobile app users and web platform companies, defining their goals, motivations, and pain points. Mapping customer journeys allows us to identify potential friction points from registration through to the feedback or analysis stage.

Information Architecture &
Flow Design

Organize content and navigation to optimize user experience on both platforms. This involves creating a site map for the web platform and defining app flows for mobile, followed by high-fidelity wireframes to ensure a clear content structure and flow before moving into visual design.

Interaction Design & Prototype

Design intuitive interactions and create interactive prototypes to validate interface flow and functionality. Includes designing micro-interactions to enhance user feedback and conducting usability testing on prototypes to identify and resolve any issues.

UI Design & Visual Identity

Build an appealing visual design consistent with Criterius' brand identity across both platforms. This includes defining a design system for colors, typography, icons, and reusable components, ensuring brand consistency and a modern, user-friendly interface.
